I recently had cause to be in Ninewells for tests, which I found to be extremely stressful due to having a hospital phobia, I found the nursing staff to be caring, compassionate, extremely kind and attentive and there care of both myself and other patients second to none, even although it seemed to me that the ward was understaffed.
The heart team doctors were thorough, professional and caring also, and my tests were all done quickly to allow me to get home as quickly as possible. A very kind male nurse took me in a wheelchair as I have mobility issues to my transport home. A huge thank you to all involved.
