"The care and attention paid to my dad"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Respiratory Medicine (Breathing and Lung Problems)

(as a relative),

My dad was admitted directly to the ward from the clinic last week and i have to say that from start to finish the care has been fantastic. The consultant Dr Aluri has a very professional but kind and caring way about her and never makes you feel as if your questions are silly or trivial. The nurses on the ward were pretty busy but were friendly and approachable at all times. Domestic staff serving teas and coffees were also very friendly and keen to help my dad.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Aluri and the whole ward team and wish to offer my heartfelt thanks for the care and attention paid to my dad during his stay in 107.

Many thanks for taking the time to write and detail the positive experience that your Dad had recently when he was admitted direct to ward 107.

Dr Alluri will be delighted with your comments regarding her professionalism, caring and attentive manner and I will be sure to share these comments with her directly.

Ward 107, as you mentioned is a busy ward but so pleased to hear that despite this the team were friendly and approachable and cared well for your Dad.
