"Excellent service"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

I went in with my son. I could not fault a thing. It was excellent service in busy environment. The time that we waited, the nurses, the care and the treatment that he had and the consultant were all excellent. The follow up appointment was arranged and we went home happy.

Unfortunately major problems arose when trying to get through to anyone regarding the follow up appointment, still waiting for confirmation 3 weeks later.
