Dear Frewbie

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about the care and treatment you have received for your Tinnitus and the improvement this has made to your symptoms.

It is not clear from your feedback whether there were any other staff groups involved in your treatment or just our ENT Consultants - so I will make sure that I share your feedback with ENT, Audiology and Physiotherapy colleagues.

Best Wishes

Lynn McTavish

Hi Frewbie

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback which you gave with regards to your treatment for Tinnitus.

As you will be only too aware, in some cases, Tinnitus can be an extremely debilitating condition which can impact greatly on your well-being. It can take a great deal of work from both yourself and your counsellor to get to the point that you are able to control the effect that this condition has on your every-day life.

I am glad to hear that the treatment you received at Stonehouse Hospital has worked out well for you and I will pass your kind comments back to our Audiology Tinnitus Specialist, Joanne, at Stonehouse Hospital.

Kind Regards

Lorraine Innes
