"Positive Review"

I recently posted a review regarding appointments . This proved to be a misunderstanding on my behalf..This resulted in a long talk with Rosebank Operations Manager when all aspects of my initial complaint was discussed and immediately resolved. Normallly reviews are erring towards the negative but in this particular instance , but with some reservations still, l would award this Practice a higher rating.
