"Appalling Service"

Have been coming here since 2008, I have seen many changes, none of them good. I have been told today by a receptionist that this is the state of the NHS and I have to accept it, how insulting is that, they fail to do what they say they will do time and time again and there is zero accountability. Policy on medication is ludicrous, they give hour or hour and half slots for clients to collect medication, even if the said client has had issues with non compliance and been hospitalised. This service needs more funding and better training for reception staff.
