Been in ACT with Ricky, 

Always feel positive when I come out of the group. Easy to talk within the group especially when I'm low or anxious.

Ricky is a great listener and can easily approach him with any problems I have.

I love ACT its helped me with the pause button and stopped me a few times not to do anything drastic
