About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a relative),

My wife was referred to Six Degrees for therapy, for the past two weeks we have been ringing constantly and leaving messages but no one has got back to us. My wife suffers from low self esteem and this is not helping. I understand they may be under pressure, however this level of service does not match the claims on their website.
