I received a letter stating doctor wanted a telephone consultation with me, I rang surgery to arrange appointment & I double checked that surgery had my correct contact details. I am annoyed all day I have waited still now 6.15pm no phone call. Am so angry I was 10 minutes late few weeks back after tending to my sick parent & reception staff tried laying the law down with me. Seems nothing has changed much.
My mother is very sick she's now palliative & every month she has medication missing. She has been without steroid tablet for 5 months now, she doesn't get her inhalers therefore I have to go without & give her mine. We have been at the practice for about 15 years surely they can print a prescription how difficult can it be. After all this time surely they could get the meds right. I tried 67 times to get through one morning & gave up. I've even been cut off the phone & staff member didn't ring back. My mother & I both need pneumonia jab been asking for 2 years still waiting for them to ring regarding this from last year. Only stay out of convenience really thought things would change
