I came in with really bad ear pain last Friday and got transferred over to Sunderland I was seen to quickly and had my ears dealt with there and then. Doctors and nurses where great and also very caring. I have had a bad experience with my one of my family members during there stay with little compassion from a nurse in particular . But I must say majority of them nurses and doctors and consultants etc do a great job and I couldn’t thank them enough for there hard work!
