"Can’t speak highly enough of the staff here!"

I think that the treatment I’m receiving at the QMC Eye Out-Patients Department is fantastic.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff from Reception through to the nurses, technicians and doctors.

The department is clearly under a lot of pressure due to patient demand, but I’ve found the staff to be diligent, courteous and professional and I have great confidence in them.

The one problem I have encountered regarding loss of the consultant’s written advice and prescription somewhere between the hospital and the medical practice where I am a patient was resolved speedily and without fuss by his secretary - so thanks to her too for that!
