"One Night Surgical Stay"

I Recently had a one night stay on Ward 14 for Surgery.

The Ward was spotlessly clean, rooms light and airy and plenty of personnel space.

The catering team went out of their way to help with my dietary requirements.

All the Nurses, HCA’s, Housekeepers and Auxiliary staff and all staff in general that I came into contact with were exceptional and clearly dedicated. Everyone was superbly happy, cheerful and made me feel at ease and treated me with the upmost dignity and respect.

I would thoroughly recommend Ward 14 to any patient.

I’d also like to say that my Aneasthetic team & Surgical team were absolutely fabulous too, I have a few medical conditions that can be problematic during surgery and they did absolutely everything necessary to prepare for any eventuality, specialist resuscitation equipment, investigating appropriate anaesthesia and pain management. I felt completely at ease and in safe hands.

They were so good that I haven’t needed anything other than Paracetamol post surgery! And No Nausea (for me that’s a big deal)
