About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Winchester

(as a service user),

I am a service user at Inclusion Winchester, currently receiving EMDR treatment from a counsellor called Margot.

I have recently been diagnosed with PTSD to which my key worker and counsellor Steve got me into EMDR treatment. Which has been absolutely amazing.

I can't thank all of the staff for all of the work and support thats been offered to me.

I am attending other groups during the week too which is such a great help for my recovery.
