(as a service user),

I attended University Hospital Hairmyres Outpatient/Breast Clinic this week and received excellent care from professional and understanding staff.

From the reception to nursing staff within the outpatient clinic I was impressed by the care and compassion shown.  The nursing staff were extremely caring and sensitive, making me feel at ease during a stressful time for me.

Radiology staff were equally as caring and sensitive ensuring I was well looked after and maintaining my dignity and respect at all times.

At times NHS is given a hard time, however my experience was of a service well run by staff who care about patients and their needs, ensuring care, dignity and respect is maintained at all times.

Thank you to all staff, I truly appreciated the care received.
