"Compliment for the Staff"

About: New Cross Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I got admitted from A & E.

I was put on Ward

A6.

The nurses, doctors and all of the other staff were absolutely brilliant.

They were all patient, kind and very helpful.

Nobody made me feel stupid if I repeated a question. The Receptionist was brilliant.

I was also impressed with the cleaners as my room was cleaned 3 times a day so it was always spotless.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful and I have nothing but praise for this ward.
