"Bayheath House"

The Reception staff are a nightmare, unhelpful, rude, complain about patients and speak loudly on the phone so if you sit close you know the patients name and all about them.

Tell you there are no appointments when you are in crisis and Didn't inform about the duty team or worker.

since the move to Bayheath most of the time you ring there is no answer and the answer machine has not been turned on.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you have not found the staff at Bayheath House to be helpful. I have passed your comments on to the manager of the team who will address the situation. Prior to your contact we had already arranged a Customer Care training session for staff, which is to be held on the 30 November.
