"Dedicated staff"

I recently Came to A&E at Crosshouse Hospital after taken unwell at the weekend. 

I was brought in by ambulance and my care was handed over to a nurse Bernadette and Dr Clair. I cannot begin to thank them enough at how carefully and caring my they nurses me and listened to every word carefully as I was scared nervous feeling alone . I was made to feel as if I mattered and also listening I knew they also cared for others in there care in a very challenging situation. 

I just wanted to let managers know how well staff at the front line actually work. Thank god for our NHS and dedicated staff who work at weekends and give more than is deserved by many
