"Appalling behaviour"

The behaviour the doctor gave my mum on a call back was appalling, she has just come home from a double heart attack and operating where she has 3 stent's put in to 3 of the vanes that run directly from her heart, the heart sergeant had explain to us that she needed to hand some documents to her doctor for her to be set up on a plan to make her pills that she now need to take each day or may lead to another heart attack and the doctors reply was that he did not see reason for him to set it up, and lead on to argue and cause her stress almost leading to another heart attack. This is absolutely Disscustin, I personally had to call back myself to deal with this matter and I was met with nothing more than pure blunt attitude and then had to lead in to a argument myself before the matter required by a heart sergeant was finally done. Under trained and extremely Unprofessional staff and doctors is not good enough when we trust them with are heal every day. I am very very upset that my mum had to go through all of this after what she has been through already in the last two weeks.
