"Hospital Refuses to communicate with me"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

The complaints department has repeatedly refused to deal with a complaint. I contacted the chief exec's office to ask why the complaints dept refused to communicate with me and they too are now ignoring my letters.

So unprofessional and unethical.
