"ANTICOAGULATION APPOINTMENTS OFFICE"

About: Barnet Hospital / Clinical haematology

Sadly I’ve been having to have appointments through this office for over 5 years and will have to for the rest of my life (unless miracle cure found).

The staff here are just rude. That’s it in a nutshell!

They don’t give tryouts time to find your men number on the letter, they are very abrupt and think nothing g if hanging up on you and colliding the phone lines for 3 hours as they have done to me today!

Only a few months ago I was in A&E with my child who’d just been brought in by ambulance and I had a call from anticoagulation appointments, demanding details of any medication changes etc. Even after I explained where I was!

I have even had one staff member tell me that it’s my problem that I’m disabled!

This is just three examples but there have been countless problems with this department and the rudeness of the staff.

Clearly the person in charge of this department aren’t doing their job.

People needing regular hospital visits need a little empathy at the very least, nobody likes having to go to hospital let alone on a regular basis!
