"Feeling like I really mattered!"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attended the Washington Walk-in Centre after a fall, and the Sunderland Royal Fracture Clinic the next morning. Every member of staff, medical and support, treated me with kindness, respect and good humour.

I came home understanding what injuries I had, and what to do to ensure they healed correctly.

I am very grateful for the care I received.
