"Excellent day care"

I come in twice yearly for an orthopaedic day procedure. This was by far the best experience I’ve had, solely due to the professionalism of the staff nurse who was looking after me. She was clear and concise in her explanations and anticipated my needs. Good discharge information. The theatre staff were as usual friendly and competent, and ensured I was comfortable. Excellent standards of cleanliness observed throughout. I would only like to comment that blood pressure is taken far too soon on returning to the ward and time should be allowed for patient to settle.
