About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Recieved shoulder last week ,as usual fabulous treatment from my consultant who is approachable and friendly , nursing staff in admissions unit brilliant also .i currently work for the nhs and know how stretched It is but to have to wait 28 weeks for surgery is not so good when your in a lot of pain and struggle with daily living .

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased to see that you were happy with your treatment. I am sorry that you had to wait. I do appreciate how hard that can be. We recognise that we have longer waiting lists than we would like in some areas due to the level of specialism. Please be assured we are working hard to try to find solutions for this.
