"Blood test"

Last week I saw the nurse to have a blood test and E.C.G.

I was very impressed by her friendly and efficient manner when doing both..

I had had very bad experiences at other surgeries in the past when having blood taken, but was not scared when coming here as they were so efficient and hardly hurt me.

This time I was amazed that I did not feel any pain at all, not even when the needle went in.

I looked away as usual but felt nothing so asked her whether she had done it, which she had.

I am so impressed that I had to tell other people of my experience with the nurse in case they were scared when having to have blood taken. I am thankful I came to this surgery as I find everyone efficient and friendly..
