"Great staff"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Accident and emergency

Was advised to go to A&E due experiencing pain in my chest. The staff I saw in A&E, X Ray and particularly Ambulatory Care were excellent. They were professional and cheerful, thoughtful, listened to my concerns, kept me fully informed and treated me with respect. The Ambulatory Care Unit is modern and I found it very clean and tidy.

My only criticism is the information on waiting times displayed in A&E. The figures didn’t make sense and I am not sure how helpful it is to give waiting time information for other sites.

Overall, a very positive experience.
