About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred to hospital for a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I was so nervous and worried, I was dreading the appointment.

I shouldn't have worried at all - the staff were so lovely, they completely put me at ease, they explained everything, every single step. All the nurses were wonderful, everyone infact - including the receptionist.

I wouldn't worry at all next time, I am completely relieved.
