"Worst service ever experienced in my attendance..."

Attended department due to chest pain, numbness and nausea.

Waited for 1.5hrs to be seen by a nurse. Told to wait to be seen by a doctor. Waited and after

After 2.5hrs, felt sick, went into the toilet to be sick.

Can back sat and waited to be called. After half

went to the front desk to check when I would be seen by a dr, was told that my name had been taken off because they had called me 3times with no response. So had been discharge. I told the staff that I had been in the toilet and been sick hence not in the main area when they called. They asked if I wanted to be rebooked and I said yes.

Sat for another 1.5hrs and went again to check and they told me that I will need to be seen by a nurse again because I had been rebooked. I told them that I had already been seen by a nurse, but they inistead that I will still need to go through the initial clerking system. When I challenged this, the nurse said, we do not go out in toilets looking for patients”. I was horrified by this statement.
