"Excessive waiting times"

About: Solihull Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at 9. 30 but wasn't called for until 11. 00. I was then prepped and left for another 40 mins. At no time was I informed that there was any delay. I realize that things do not always go to plan but it would be nice to have been given some indication that my appointment was going to be considerably late.
