About: Whipps Cross University Hospital / Endocrinology

Scheduled appointments cancelled at short notice even after necessary blood tests have been performed. Cannot contact Gillian Hanson centre as they do not answer the phone. This is an extremely disrespectful attitude towards patients. Yet they threaten to discharge you if you fail to attend an appointment. One rule for them - another for us the patient. Stressful. Appalling.
