"Late for appointment"

About: Nuffield Health, Brighton Hospital

Attended 28th September 2018 for appointment, doctor was over half a hour late for my appointment.

I was told the nurse would be taking blood and doing tests straight away but the receptionist was not feeling like it and said she would call me to make a appointment to come back.

I received a email from surgeon saying receptionist would call me to make appointment for surgery but instead I got a call telling me the surgeon had left for personal reasons and I would have to come back to be reassessed.

Doctor currently 20 mins late for my app and when I asked at reception I was told doctor not in the building!!!
