Today I visited the Oral Surgery Dept with Mum who is 89 years.
Our appointment was at 10 o'clock and by 10.50 she had had an x-ray, been seen by the consultant, and got a further appointment for treatment.
The staff were courteous, kind, introduced themselves and explained what was happening.
Fabulous experience!
