I just turned up at the unit with no appointment and booked in at recipetion.

I took a seat in the waiting room. 10 minutes Into my wait one of the medical staff came into reception and announced that if you hadn't allready seen someome (ie triarged) there is a 2 hour wait I thought I was in for a very long wait however within 30 minutes I was in an examination room discussing my issue with a medical professional.

The doctor did a full and detailed examination and was very polite and even sumerised my symptoms at the end of the examination to ensure he hadnt missed anything.

The only critisium I could find was that some of the signage in the unit wasn't clear but staff where pleasemt and happy to point you in the right direction.
