My surveilance echo was done today by Jo.
He has previously been and again today, very respectful, aware of dignity, comfort and professionalism.I feel I want to say thank you for a totally professional and informative echo and ongoing service.
Being a staff member I feel it can be quite daunting for other staff when you attend appointments however I feel credit where its due. He answered all my questions and explained the processes thouroughly. A credit to his profession. A quick and positive appointment. Thank you.
