"Excellent service provided"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

The Ambulatory Care at Larbert Hospital provided an excellent service. I could not fault any of the staff in any way, all the staff were very considerate  and helpful and would give them 10/10 - David in particular was lovely.

The only question is whether this minor operations service could be offered in Stirling? I had the pre-assessment done there, it was closer to where I love and offering the service from Stirling may ease some of the dreadful pressure on the parking at Larbert.

Thank you for your wonderful praise. It is great that you recognise the role of the entire team in delivering the service you deserve ( and it's not often I'm called "lovely"...thanks)

In reply to the question of running clinics in Stirling Community Hospital, we do a biopsy clinic there every Thursday, but availability of space and time limits us.

The service is, however, constantly evolving, and comments like yours are helpful in identifying where the need is in future.

Thank you once again,

David
