I would like to let Lee (Security) from Musgrove Park Hospital know that I really appreciate everything that he done for me whilst I was a patient at Musgrove. He kept me safe when I became difficult to deal with and then managed to calm me down quite quickly, he taken his time to talk to me to understand what was going on and was really caring and understanding about it which made me feel a lot better as I was extremely anxious about my treatment. He even came to check to see if I was okay later on. Thank you so much Lee! You are amazing at your job.

Thank you so much for your really positive feedback for this member of staff. Our security staff play a really important part to help our patients and staff but they don't often get feedback so they will be over the moon to receive some from you, especially as it is so positive.

Thank you for replying to me :) I am glad that Lee will receive this feedback as he really does deserve recognition for what he has done. He is a credit to Musgrove and I have a lot of respect for him.
