"Emergency admission"

I was sent to A&E on the 4th of October by my doctor. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left I received the best care anyone could ask for. Every member of staff from receptionist to consultants were friendly, helpful and informative. I received treatment within 10 minutes of arriving and was on ward 23 hours within a few hours. I am sure their fast and excellent treatment prevented my condition getting any worse and allowed me to come home the following day. Thank you so much.
