Tried on 4 occasions today to call the ward. Once through the switchboard and 3 times directly in a bid to get an update on a relative. My call was returned to switchboard after 18 minutes and all my direct calls were hung up without a member of staff talking. I understand staff are busy but have tried at various points through the day.
"Telephone calls not answered or calls hung up."
