(as a service user),

My son had grommet insertion today on Harlyn ward at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. Very professional from start to finish. We were given information throughout. My son was very nervous, but they put him at ease and made the whole procedure a lot more bearable for him. The agency nurse Claire was particularly good and I can’t thank her enough, nothing was too much. I work at the trust, the experience has made me feel proud.

It's lovely to read about your experiences on Harlyn ward here at the Trust, and I am glad to see that you found the staff professional, informative and they were able to reassure your son and put him at ease.

It is great to hear from a fellow colleague, and indeed to read that you are proud of the services the Trust provide, as staff, we all aspire to providing great care for our patients and their families alike.
