About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / General surgery

(as a service user),

Mr Morgan, told me that he needed to operate on me ASAP, which he did. It is not an exaggeration to say that he probably saved my life, I was put onto SSCU Pod1.

What a fantastic set of truly wonderful people these are, not only did they care for me,they cared for my family, Wonderful, Wonderful, and I love each and every one of you, I need all your names, curry night is coming. You are the Angels that are forever in our hearts, and you can never do wrong, We thank you from the very bottom of our hearts xxxx
