"X-Ray fracture went unnoticed"

About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

Went for an x ray at this hospital and radiologist failed to notice a huge fracture in my shoulder and failed to see that the AC joint had completely separated. As a result of this it went undiagnosed for 6 months and now I am having to undergo long term support and treatment.
