"My baby girls appointment"

We took our 8 month old daughter for an appointment as her eyes needed checking she was a little scared and in an unfamiliar environment . All the staff we saw with her were brilliant they were really gentle and patient with her and made us feel at ease . They explained everything that was going to happen and her follow up treatment . Although it was very busy and in my mind too busy for the amount of staff on we were dealt with promptly and not rushed . I would recommend this department your all doing a fab job under tough conditions
