"Understanding with humour"

I just want to say how amazing Falkirk Eye Clinic (Forth Valley etc. ) are. They run such a busy clinic from the old Falkirk Hospital it is amazing to watch! The nurses and staff come in and out of the waiting area like "busy bees", I was exhausted watching them!

But, I really want to say a big thanks to the lady (I think her name was Kate) for really going out her way to help me with a blackout lens to stop my double vision for my holiday. I felt so relaxed talking to her, she lifted a great, big burden off me, understanding with humour goes a long way with trying to, not necessarily fix things, but make them liveable and not seem so huge! ! ! Again a big thanks to you all, you're amazing.
