My daughter broke her wrist abroad and i have been trying to contact the Fracture Unit all morning to try work out how I get her into the "process" so she can get a cast on. I have tried all morning and left several message with no reply. I know the NHS is busy but bad client/patient services by non-critical units forces us to use the already stretched A&E option for non emergency visits. When will it change!
