"Son had concussion"

Initial nurse in paediatrics attitude was appalling, only time she spoke was to ask my son to take his coat off and then sit down on a chair

When she proceeded to take his blood pressure she saw the scar on his arm and asked what it was on telling her he had major surgery due to an accident 18 months ago she said well it doesn't mean you can't have your blood pressure taken on that arm and I've never known anybody not having it done just for a scar.

To confirm neither my son or myself Indicated that he didn't want it taken on this arm.

The nurse was rude, cold and has a couldn't be bothered qttutud.

I am not a time waster and only at a & e having been instructed by NHS to take him.

I will not come to BRI again
