"Excellent friendly and professional staff. Knee..."

I have recently spent 6nights in ward 9 having a slightly more complex knee reconstruction(18---24 Sep 2018).this is towards the long process over the last 2 1/2 years. I feel I have to review this period due to fantastic friendly and professional service from staff. It is without exception the quality and dedication of all staff from cleaners to surgeons was exceptionally 1st class. Nothing was too much effort to them and I was treated with perfect dignity and respect. Their loyalty to duty has been exceptional. The ward was always immaculate with nothing left unturned for cleaning. I have now left the ward knowing I have received a service which is comparable with the very best in the country and with this level even high costing private hospitalisation would be tough to beat. Congratulations to all the staff great job done. To the accounts team of The Pennine Trust I say give them all a wage rise they deserve it! Well done guys and girls thank you all Ed Schofield xx
