"Communication About an MRI Appointment"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

I came to Kidderminster Hospital for an MRI brain scan recently and just wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by the team responsible for appointments. I had cause to contact the Unit on several occasions, initially to get an appointment booked and later to chase up the results. On each occasion, the people I spoke to were delightful: they put me at ease about a worrying procedure, were informative and professional at the same time as being friendly and Caroline was especially helpful in putting me in touch with the right person to give me the results, when I had been struggling to get a response from anyone. This was my second experience of an MRI at Kidderminster; the first was in December 2014 and my impression of the team was just as good that time; I remember Martin being particularly helpful then. Please pass my thanks on to all of them.
