"CCU Ward"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Cardiology

I was admitted as an emergency by my GP and after attending Ambulatory Care and Resus was found a bed in the CCU unit where I was monitored overnight with a view to having a pacemaker fitted. The staff in this unit were vary caring and nothing was too much trouble.

They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed including toiletries as I was unable to get out of bed.

I was completely satisfied with the care I received in every department.
