"Wasting my time"

About: Crawley Hospital / Dermatology

Appt for dermatology at 11.55 today. This was made after my last was cancelled on 31 August without explanation.

Waited until gone 12 then told I had to have BP and urine checked. Another patient was then let in before me.

Rushed through appt. Skin not checked. Given new meds told blood test not needed. Sent to pharmacy. Now been at pharmacy nearly an hour before being called over to be told I do need a blood test and they will need to call consultant. Now 13.30 still waiting for medication.

Really unimpressed by lack of communication, lengthy waits and just general unprofessionalism.

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced delays in having your medication prepared in the Pharmacy and that you were not given the correct information initially about the requirement for a blood test.
