From reception to going home my stay could not have been better. Consultant and theatre were very kind and reassuring. The ward staff were kind, polite, professional, nothing to much to do for me. Catering staff were helpful and professional. Every member had a smile on their face and I never heard any member of staff complain not for a second. If everyone was like BMI staff it would be a lot nicer world to live in. I cannot thank the staff enough.
