"Appointment at day clinic"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Urology

I arrived early for my appointment.

As soon as I arrived I checked in and was attended to more or less straight away.

I got the impression that all the staff in the department worked well together.

I was really apprehensive about my visit however the consultant was excellent, listening to what I had to say and giving me very good and helpful advice regarding my condition.

I have acted on her advice and seen a considerable improvement as a result.

All in all I was very impressed with the attention I received from all staff from the receptionist, to the nursing assistants and then finally to the consultant.
